Job Title: Associate Attorney 

Job Overview: A respected law firm located in Fairfax, VA, is seeking three highly skilled and dedicated Associate Attorneys to join its Civil Litigation and Workers' Compensation Practice Group. The firm offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with opportunities to grow and develop within a well-established team.

Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation and workers’ compensation cases
• Manage a diverse caseload, including legal research, drafting motions, and client communication
• Prepare and present cases in court, including depositions, hearings, and trials
• Develop strategies to resolve cases efficiently and effectively
• Advise clients on legal matters related to civil litigation and workers' compensation
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to strategize and provide top-quality legal services
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of case progress and outcomes
• Stay current on legal developments in relevant areas of law

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed attorney in Virginia
• Experience in civil litigation and workers' compensation preferred
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to handle complex cases with minimal supervision
• Proven track record of successful client interactions and case outcomes
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Virginia Bar membership required

Skills:
