Duties:

• Lead in-depth evaluations of catastrophic and severe injury matters designated for intensive 90-day investigation

• Analyze liability disputes, factual inconsistencies, and payment risk to determine case viability

• Execute targeted discovery and investigatory steps to strengthen case positioning

• Collaborate with experts, investigators, and in-house teams to build evidentiary and legal frameworks

• Prepare detailed recommendations and strategic reports at the end of the review period for internal litigation decision-makers

• Build rapport with clients while assessing credibility, clarity, and testimonial strength

• Maintain and prioritize a demanding caseload of pre-litigation reviews without compromising depth or thoroughness

• Provide strategic transition support for viable cases moving into formal litigation

• Demonstrate resilience and a solution-oriented focus in uncertain or challenging legal scenarios

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of personal injury litigation experience, with demonstrated success in high-damage or factually complex cases

• Skilled in uncovering case strengths and weaknesses under tight timelines

• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and delivering well-reasoned recommendations quickly

• Adept at developing creative legal strategies and resolving liability or evidentiary challenges

• Strong written and verbal communication tailored for both legal and client-facing contexts

• Ability to manage pressure, maintain composure, and pivot strategies effectively under scrutiny

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Arizona
