Entry Level Litigation Attorney
The candidate will be directly mentored and supervised by an experienced workers’ compensation trial attorney. Must have ambition for excellence and success in litigation, and compassion for the injured workers we represent. Because this is an entry-level position, no prior trial experience necessary. Will obtain experience in motions practice, discovery, presentation of lay and expert witnesses including cross-examination in an administrative hearing setting, as well as Superior Court bench and jury trials. Must possess strong legal writing skills, good problem solving and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task. Active member of the Washington or Oregon State Bar required.
