Location

Duties

• Draft and argue appellate briefs and motions in state and federal courts

• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex litigation matters

• Assist with trial strategy and support related to appellate issues

• Collaborate with a national team of over 30 experienced appellate attorneys

• Participate in mentoring and leadership opportunities

• Engage in meaningful, client-centered appellate practice work across various jurisdictions

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, preferably in appellate or general liability matters

• Proven record of job stability and strong professional references

• Active member of the Arizona State Bar in good standing

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in the State of Arizona
