Profile

A law firm seeks a Litigation Partner to join its team in Worcester, MA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex litigation cases, including construction disputes, product liability, fire damage claims, premises liability, and liquor liability matters. Duties

• Manage and litigate complex insurance defense cases from initiation through trial.
• Represent clients in matters involving construction disputes, product liability, premises liability, fire loss claims, and liquor liability.
• Develop and implement legal strategies tailored to client needs and case specifics.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Engage in discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document review.
• Collaborate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Lead trial preparation and represent clients effectively in court.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in litigation, particularly in insurance defense or related areas.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required.
• Demonstrated success managing and trying complex cases.
• Admission to multiple state bars is preferred or a willingness to obtain additional bar admissions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Massachusetts State Bar.
