The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in various financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.

Job Details:

• Represent private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.
• Draft and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all transactions.
• Demonstrate outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Obtain relevant Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Experience:

5-8 years of relevant experience.
