The ideal candidate will have five to seven years of relevant experience in California, defending employers in single plaintiff cases and wage & hour class and representative actions, including under the Private Attorney General Act (PAGA). Duties

• Defend employers in single plaintiff cases.
• Handle wage & hour class and representative actions.
• Work on cases involving the Private Attorney General Act (PAGA).

Requirements

• Five to seven years of relevant experience in California.
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Active bar license in California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active California Bar License.
