Duties

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution and trial.
• Represent clients in Missouri state courts, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Advise clients on legal rights and develop tailored case strategies.
• Prepare and argue pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Collaborate with support staff for trial preparation, including exhibits and witnesses.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and litigation risks for case direction.
• Maintain professional communication with clients throughout litigation.
• Manage a substantial caseload while adhering to Missouri court deadlines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Active license to practice law in Missouri and in good standing with the Missouri Bar.
• Significant courtroom and trial experience with favorable outcomes.
• Strong familiarity with Missouri personal injury litigation and state laws.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri.
