Location:

Duties:

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal memoranda

• Conduct legal research and perform case analysis

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials

• Handle a range of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies for complex family law cases

• Participate in settlement negotiations and advocate for client interests

• Maintain accurate and organized case files and client communications

• Contribute to the development of the firm's litigation and negotiation practices in family law

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar

• Experience in civil litigation; experience in family law preferred

• Demonstrated interest in family law practice

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Commitment to high professional and ethical standards

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active California Bar license
