Duties:

• Manage and support residential real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and refinancing.
• Assist clients with family law matters, such as divorce, child custody, and alimony.

• Research legal precedents and current regulations in real estate and family law.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and strategy development.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
• Some legal experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
