Duties:

• Serve as a key member of deal teams, actively participating in all stages of complex finance transactions.
• Lead and manage fundamental aspects of transactions, including due diligence, documentation, negotiation, and closing procedures.
• Conducted legal research, analyzed findings, and provided sound legal advice to clients.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements about finance transactions.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in complex finance transactions, focusing on sponsor-backed leveraged finance.
• Proven track record of handling various finance transactions, representing borrowers, lenders, and/or agents.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the New York State Bar and in good standing.
• Strong understanding of finance law, including relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
