Location:

Duties:

• Prepare pleadings and manage written discovery processes.
• Research and draft briefs on complex legal issues.
• Present oral arguments in various legal settings.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Consult and provide updates to supervising attorneys based on experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation or related experience.
• Licensed to practice law in New York State.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to providing high-quality client service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in New York State.
