Duties

• Manage caseload and support partners on complex insurance claims.
• Analyze legal principles to develop commercial strategies for cases.
• Draft and review correspondence, reports, and litigation documents.
• Maintain caseload in accordance with client quality standards.

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of post-qualification experience as a US-qualified lawyer.
• Experience with primary and excess general liability policy coverage.
• Ability to manage caseloads independently.
• Strong academic record.
• Proficient in analyzing legal principles for complex scenarios.
• Confidently handle client interactions on day-to-day issues.
• Ability to work under pressure and in crisis situations.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to share knowledge.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
