The ideal candidate will support litigation efforts defending licensed professionals such as attorneys, architects, engineers, accountants, and others. Duties:

• Manage a caseload involving professional liability litigation

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies

• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances

• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding case developments

• Prepare legal documents by client and partner expectations

• Maintain accurate and timely billing records

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of litigation experience

• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

• Demonstrated interest in professional liability defense or civil litigation

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Florida Bar admission required
