Duties:

• Formulate and implement litigation strategies tailored to each case

• Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis

• Represent clients at depositions, mediations, hearings, and jury trials

• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Coordinate with clients, experts, and case staff to develop factual records

• Deliver sound legal guidance and keep clients apprised of case progress

• Drive settlement discussions with a focus on securing optimal resolutions

• Adhere to litigation timelines and procedural compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California

• Demonstrated experience in civil litigation and personal injury law

• Familiarity with courtroom procedures and trial preparation

• Proven ability to manage multiple files simultaneously

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar
