Profile

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate to manage complex civil litigation matters, including individual and class actions in federal and state courts.

Duties

• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft briefs, motions, and pleadings.

• Oversee discovery processes, prepare for and defend depositions, and handle motion practice.

• Collaborate on case strategy with attorneys focusing on consumer protection and environmental litigation.

• Analyze factual and legal issues to support trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.

Requirements

• Minimum four years of civil litigation experience, including class actions, in federal and state courts.

• Demonstrated skill in drafting complex legal documents and conducting procedural analysis.

• Self-driven approach with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Effective communicator with the ability to work collegially and contribute positively to team dynamics.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications
