The day will consist of court, other legal proceedings, working case-related tasks, and more. Will also be responsible for the following: New client consultations; attending court, mediations, and depositions; Research and preparing cases for court, Case Reviews, and PAG Team Training; Communicating with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing; Ensure the ultimate client experience; Current client meetings by providing top-quality customer service; Comfortable with handling a high volume of cases; All other requirements to navigate the case from start to finish. Previous law firm and litigation experience is preferred; all levels will be considered. Must be a licensed member of the South Carolina Bar in good standing.
