Location:

Duties:

• Lead high-stakes family law cases from inception to conclusion, including strategy development and courtroom advocacy.
• Represent clients in mediations, settlement conferences, and trials, frequently taking the lead in court.
• Collaborate directly with Senior Partners on complex and high-profile matters.
• Mentor and develop junior attorneys, paralegals, and staff within a collegial and supportive team environment.
• Actively participate in business development and networking opportunities to contribute to the firm’s growth.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in family law litigation, with a focus on complex, high-net-worth cases.
• Admission to practice in South Carolina.
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute litigation strategies.
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts for clients.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to work effectively with clients under pressure.
• A results-driven approach with the ability to handle multiple high-profile cases.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving favorable outcomes in challenging cases.

Education, Certifications, and Skills:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the South Carolina Bar.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-net-worth clients with professionalism and discretion.
