A law firm seeks a licensed Senior Litigator to join their team in San Diego, CA, with opportunities to work in Arizona, Nevada, and Texas. The role involves managing cases with a focus on residential real estate litigation, mortgage, and transactional matters, ensuring the protection of clients' interests in litigation proceedings and general collection cases.

Duties

• Handle case load and bill time hourly.
• Attend mediations, trials, and hearings.
• Travel as needed for case requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and cases.
• Assist with other duties and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years of litigation/courtroom experience.
• Member of the state Bar with necessary licensing and education requirements.
• Proficient in legal research, writing, and deposition processes.
• Skilled in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Proficiency with Fastcase or Westlaw.
• Knowledgeable in state and federal court procedures.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree with a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Dual license in Texas is a plus.
