Duties:

• Handle a variety of first-party property insurance coverage matters

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and coverage opinions

• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies

• Maintain organized case files and meet procedural deadlines

• Participate in negotiation and settlement discussions

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of dedicated experience in property insurance coverage litigation

• Demonstrated ability to analyze insurance policies and coverage issues

• Strong advocacy skills in written and oral communication

• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida
