A law firm seeks a highly qualified Financial Services Enforcement/Litigation Attorney with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Experience with regulatory bodies such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, bank regulatory agencies, or state attorney general offices is highly desirable. Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on financial services matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Illinois State Bar or eligibility for admission.
• Proven experience in financial services enforcement or litigation.
• Familiarity with bank regulatory and nonbank financial institution investigations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
