ERISA Partner/Of Counsel
The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree and JD degree. Licensed to practice in the State of Texas. Must have 7-10 years of ERISA legal experience. Experience in advising fiduciaries on compliance and recent developments related to fiduciary obligations, and in representing plan sponsors in IRS and DOL correction programs and governmental audits is desired. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, strong research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills is required. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, SalesForce or other customer relationship management software, iManage or other document management system, and Elite or other enterprise timekeeping system.
