The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in employment litigation, with a strong background in drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, and motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Experience with ESI discovery and a focus on employment or restrictive covenants/trade secrets law is preferred.

Duties

• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Draft and argue motions effectively.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements

• Admission to the Arizona Bar.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Arizona Bar.
