Duties

• Manage and handle all aspects of commercial litigation cases, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities.
• Conduct detailed legal research, draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients effectively in both state and federal courts.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the team on complex legal matters.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Develop strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven experience in federal and state court litigation.
• Previous clerkship experience (preferred).
• Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple cases.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership with The Florida Bar.
