A law firm in Moorestown, NJ, is seeking an experienced Attorney to handle Estate Administration and Estate Litigation matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of estate-related practice areas in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties:

• Handle Estate Administration, Estate Litigation, Probate, Conservatorships, and Guardianships matters
• Utilize working knowledge of practice areas in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania jurisdictions
• Work with minimal supervision and as part of a team to effectively manage cases
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations in estate-related matters
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania
• 5+ years of experience in Estate Administration and/or Estate Litigation
• Strong understanding of estate-related practice areas
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
