Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial finance or a related field.
• Experience with syndicated lending, asset-based lending, or mezzanine lending preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia.
