Duties

• Provide legal services to clients under supervision, transitioning to independent client meetings.
• Advise clients on estate planning and elder care needs, including legal documents and asset protection.
• Draft legal documents with oversight, based on clients' established needs.
• Attend and conduct public seminars, initially with supervision.
• Assist with general legal and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong interest in elder law and estate planning.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor, especially towards seniors and their families.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and legal drafting software.

Education

• Doctorate degree required.

Certifications
