A law firm seeks an experienced Corporate Associate Attorney in Massachusetts. This full-time role requires a professional with a minimum of three years of experience in sophisticated M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions.

Duties

• Provide high-level guidance and innovative solutions on venture capital, private equity, and other financings.
• Manage all aspects of deals from inception to close, including client management.
• Prepare and review acquisition and financing agreements and related documentation.
• Proactively manage regulatory, risk, and compliance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience with a large firm handling corporate, private equity, and M&A work.
• JD with high academic achievement.
• Client-focused with strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, technical, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and resourceful with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to develop strong client relationships and work effectively in a team.
• Member of the MA bar.
• Knowledge of federal and state securities laws.

• Juris Doctor (JD)
