Litigation Associate Attorney

The law firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join the dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in representing clients in various litigation matters, ensuring the highest standard of legal services. This position is based in New York City, NY.

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases, including preparing legal briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal counsel.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with court deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements:

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York Bar is required.
• Prior experience in litigation, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:
