Job Duties:

• Evaluate the merits of Personal Injury cases
• Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication
• Handle medical reviews and negotiate and settle cases as necessary
• Manage a large caseload effectively
• Open new files and create litigation plans
• Conduct discovery procedures
• Interact with clients during their time of need
• Demonstrate determination to achieve the best results for clients and win cases

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
• Firm understanding of Florida Personal Injury law
• Trial experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Leadership skills to build and manage a legal team

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar
