Duties

• Conduct motion practice and handle significant hearings and depositions.
• Demonstrate exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Maintain detailed organization and a strong work ethic.
• Communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Active Texas Bar License.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Texas Bar License.
