Duties

• Manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Draft pleadings and review accounting breakdowns for unpaid assessments.
• Manage court and client deadlines effectively.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings.
• Communicate and build strong client relationships.
• Network with clients and industry professionals.
• Advise clients on litigation and post-judgment collection.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in Georgia.
• Experience in collections and general civil litigation is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
