A client-focused personal injury law firm is seeking a fully remote Associate Attorney licensed in Georgia to join its growing legal team. The role focuses on direct client engagement and negotiation with insurance adjusters to resolve lower-value claims, with structured support for professional development and a clear pathway toward trial litigation roles.

Location:

• Savannah, GA

Duties:

• Negotiate settlements on personal injury claims, primarily involving motor vehicle accidents

• Conduct regular phone communications with clients and insurance adjusters

• Participate in internal continuing legal education (CLE) programs to enhance legal and negotiation skills

• Learn and apply systems for client communication, case management, and negotiation strategy

• Set client expectations and maintain consistent contact to ensure strong case outcomes

• Build foundational legal knowledge and prepare for advancement to litigation-based roles

Requirements:

• Active Georgia Bar license in good standing (Required)

• Three to five years of personal injury trial experience 

• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in client-facing phone conversations

• Self-motivated and organized with a desire for rapid growth

• No prior legal experience required—ideal for new law school graduates or attorneys seeking a transition to personal injury law

• Willingness to learn negotiation tactics and apply them effectively

• Passion for helping clients secure justice and fair compensation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the State of Georgia (Required)
