Requirements

• Three to five years of capital markets and public securities experience.
• Experience in a national or international law firm.
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of California.
