Requirements

• Admitted to practice in Nevada (other states a plus).
• 5-7 years of legal experience, ideally in creditor's rights or foreclosure litigation.
• Skilled in pleadings, appearances, and case law research.
• Confident handling complex matters independently.
• Strong communicator and proactive problem-solver.
• A positive leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada.
