Duties:

• Take depositions, attend hearings, and assist in trial preparation.
• Maintain meticulous organizational records for case files and client matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to formulate case strategies and provide client updates.
• Work efficiently in a team-oriented setting to meet deadlines and manage a caseload.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for those experienced in medical malpractice defense.
• Strong legal research and writing skills (writing sample required).
• Ability to work independently and manage cases with growing responsibility.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with depositions and attending hearings.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
