Requirements:

  • 2 years of patent attorney or agent experience for candidates with an M.S. degree
  • 6 years of patent attorney or agent experience for candidates with a Ph.D. degree
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Commitment to patent prosecution

Education:

  • M.S. or Ph.D. in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or related physical sciences field

Certifications:

  • Admission to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
