Duties:

• Represent clients throughout workers’ compensation proceedings

• Conduct legal research and analyze complex issues to develop case strategies

• Attend hearings, negotiate settlements, and advocate for clients

• Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings and motions

• Collaborate with legal staff to gather and evaluate evidence

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in workers’ compensation law

• Ability to manage a caseload and meet strict deadlines

• Strong commitment to client advocacy and high professional standards

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:
