Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in all phases of workers’ compensation claims

• Develop legal strategies and offer sound legal counsel based on case analysis

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, pleadings, and other case materials

• Negotiate settlements and advocate for client interests in hearings and conferences

• Collaborate with internal legal teams and external stakeholders to prepare case evidence

• Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the legal process

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of workers’ compensation experience

• Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and provide high-quality legal services

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
