Director, People Team Accelerator
The candidate will serve as the leader of the core working team for assigned transformation work stream(s) spanning a variety of business challenges. Will partner with workstream members (e.g. workstream leads, leadership sponsors) to define the key elements of the problem and design solutions. Participate and at times lead process mapping and design sessions to address problem statements and opportunities. Serve as a strategic problem solver, leader, and implementer in partnership with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Centers of Excellence (CEOs), and workstream lead(s). Define data needs, dashboards, and analysis to assess overall work stream solution impact against KPIs. Drive discussions with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress of workstream deliverables. Analyze external market/industry trends and incorporate them into project solution designs as applicable. Partner with the Project Manager to provide work stream updates to relevant stakeholders. Build, coach, and manage a growing team of junior team members.
