The selected individual will collaborate with top researchers, inventors, and attorneys to assess patentability, draft applications, and respond to USPTO actions. Duties:

• Collaborate with inventors and attorneys to assess invention technology and evaluate patentability.
• Draft and prosecute patent applications in areas such as 5G, Wi-Fi, wireless technologies, AI, processor systems, and image processing.
• Respond to USPTO actions, including office actions and rejections.
• Develop and manage patent portfolios in collaboration with clients.
• Provide expertise in evaluating technological advancements and determining strategic patent protection.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in patent prosecution.
• Registered with the USPTO or qualified to register.
• Proven experience in electrical engineering, particularly in 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, image processing, and RF front-end.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.

Certifications:

• USPTO Registration (or eligibility to register).

Skills:

• Expertise in patent prosecution, especially in the technology fields listed.
• Strong understanding of wireless technologies, AI, and processor systems.
• Experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, computer vision, or related AI domains is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
