Location:

• Orlando, Florida

Duties:

• Conduct detailed legal research and case evaluations

• Prepare and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials

• Draft persuasive motions, pleadings, and legal briefs

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop litigation strategies

• Communicate regularly with clients and provide case updates

• Contribute to high-stakes litigation in a fast-paced environment

• Support and lead in trial preparation (first-chair trial experience not required)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of civil litigation experience

• Proven track record handling complex liability cases

• Experience with high-risk and excess exposure matters

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the Florida Bar (required)
