Location:

Duties:

• Participate in trial preparation and strategy development

• Draft and research briefs, pleadings, and memoranda

• Lead and manage discovery processes

• Prepare investigation reports and case analyses

• Argue motions and appear in court as needed

• Conduct and prepare for depositions and witness interviews

• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case development

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant legal experience (JD class years 2020–2022)

• Significant exposure to securities litigation and/or complex commercial litigation

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple aspects of litigation simultaneously

• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills

• Experience working in a large or mid-sized law firm preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar (in good standing)
