Location:

Duties:

• Manage family law cases from initiation to resolution.
• Deliver superior client service, including regular case updates and reviews.
• Proactively develop and implement case strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure client satisfaction using practice quality software.
• Make improvement recommendations to practice managers.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience, including first-chair family law experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Utah.
• Strong ability to learn and adapt to new technical programs and software.
• Demonstrated ability to provide superior client service and manage complex cases.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree.

Certifications:

• Admitted to the Utah State Bar.
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.

Skills:

• Exceptional litigation and courtroom skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and case management capabilities.
• Proficiency with legal technology and practice management software.
