Duties

• Handle personal injury cases from pre-litigation through resolution.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses.
• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case value.
• Communicate directly with clients, insurance adjusters, and defense counsel.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to move cases efficiently.

Requirements

• Active Arizona Bar license (in good standing).
• 3-5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience with motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, or general negligence preferred.
• Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
• Ability to manage a full caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Client-focused, professional demeanor.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
