A law firm seeks a Mortgage Loan Repurchase Facility and Warehouse Lending Associate to join its Finance and Real Estate practice in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage loan warehouse facility transactions and will work with a team representing both lenders and borrowers in complex financial transactions.

Duties

• Participate in mortgage loan warehouse transactions using repurchase facility and loan-on-loan structures.
• Prepare and negotiate term sheets and transaction documents for financing facilities.
• Act as a key member of deal teams, managing transactions from term sheet through closing.

Requirements

• Experience with repurchase facilities and warehouse lending.
• Hands-on experience in preparing and negotiating transaction documents.
• Experience in commercial or residential mortgage loan warehouse transactions preferred.
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
