• Maintain accurate records using case management software.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including the FDCPA.

• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Michigan.
• Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to professionalism and client service excellence.
• Successful completion of background, credit, and drug checks.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
