Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from inception to resolution
• Deliver outstanding customer service by providing regular updates and reviews of cases
• Make strategic recommendations to enhance client service and case management
• Utilize legal practice management software to monitor performance metrics and client satisfaction
• Represent clients in court, including 1st chair of family law litigation

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Ohio
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
• 2-6 years of litigation experience, with 1st chair family law experience

Education:

• Juris Doctorate from a recognized law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio

Skills:

• Strong ability to handle family law cases independently

• Proficient in learning and using legal practice software
