Job Overview: An established law firm is seeking an associate with 4 to 6 years of commercial real estate experience to join its team. The ideal candidate will have experience in areas such as commercial real estate development, purchases and sales, corporate real estate, leasing, and mortgage lending. Location:

• Cincinnati, Ohio

Duties:

• Manage commercial real estate transactions including purchases, sales, development, leasing, and mortgage lending.

• Provide legal advice and support for real estate clients, including corporate real estate matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate agreements and contracts.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and peers.

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of commercial real estate experience.

• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

• Demonstrated ability to establish solid client and peer relationships.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• JD from an accredited law school.

• Strong academic credentials.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Ohio or willing to seek licensure.

Skills:

• Expertise in commercial real estate development, purchases, sales, corporate real estate, leasing, and mortgage lending.

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and contract review skills.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
