Duties

• Counsel clients on exports of controlled goods and services.
• Advise on cross-border investments and defense articles.
• Handle transactions involving sanctioned countries, persons, and entities.
• Work with economic sanctions and export regulations.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in technology, life sciences, or private equity industries preferred.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications
